• Booster sets control system comes with either a variable speed drive or a fixed speed (with Direct on Line starting up to 5.5 kW and Star/Delta starting above 5.5 kW)
• Booster Sets are supplied with epoxy paint finished steel shell pressure vessels that are sized according to the selected duty requirements and design parameters
• Control Panels c/w door interlocked isolator, Hand / off / Auto switches, run & trip lamp for each pump, volt free alarm output, and alarms for pump failure, low water supply, low and high water pressure

Design

Although the Package Pump Stations are individually designed to suit your needs, they are built from standard components for rapid delivery. Twin or single pump designs are available, for either 415/3/50 or 240/1/50 power.

Packaged pump stations are the ideal solution for raising waste water to a higher level. Where low-lying properties cannot drain by gravity, AMES has the solution. The stations are delivered completely pre-assembled for easy, quick installation. The range includes units for all applications from a single domestic dwelling to a large industrial estate.

Automatic Controls

Fully integrated controls are provided, offering automatic control via a set of float switches which sense the liquid level. Pump overload protection and high level alarm come as standard.

Robust Construction

The rugged, reinforced plastic chambers are pre-assembled with heavy-duty PVC, galvanised or flanged pipe work and valves. Galvanised guide rails, lifting chains and access cover are incorporated for ease of pump removal and maintenance.
